Welcome to La Blanchetterie.

La Blanchetterie is a beautiful Charentais stone-built farmhouse and gite available to let for your holiday. We are situated on the outskirts of the small village of Chenac in the Charente Maritime area of France, complete with pool and an acre of garden and set amongst vineyards and fields of beautiful sunflowers, facing south with views to the Gironde. The area benefits from a micro-climate making it one of the sunniest parts of France, enjoying 2700 hours of wonderful sunshine a year.

The owners, Katie and Mike Harrington, live at the property in a converted barn behind the house and are at hand to answer any questions, help with travel plans or even take you on a tour of a working vineyard. You can be as busy or as relaxed as you wish, with lots of places to visit and things to do, or you could just unwind and relax by the pool.
